The food

For fruit, vegetables, dairy products and beef (GAEC Marnizot), sheep (Bergerie de Santagny) and pork (la ferme des crottes), we buy from local producers. The sourdough bread is organic and locally produced (Chez Fouée'tard). The cheeses come from the market's cheese maker (Fromagerie Prétot). Most of the cheeses we serve you are produced in Burgundy Franche-Comté.
The wine comes from our Burgundy partner winemakers (Maison Géraldine Louise, Domaine de La Luolle, Domaine Lagarde, Domaine La Croix Montjoie) and from a Provencal partner winemaker (Domaine Desachy).
Most of the dishes served in the "assiettes gourmandes" or the "tables d'hôtes" are home-made and are prepared as often as possible with local products.
